Based on the Problem Face Index, it was perceived that “high labor costs” ranked first and “high prices for insecticides, fertilizer, and seeds” ranked second followed by insufficient of high-quality seeds, insufficient storage facilities, lacking of reasonable pricing, respectively. According to the findings of the Pearson’s Product Moment correlation analysis, farmers’ problems with vegetable cultivation were significantly correlated with their education, annual family income, income from vegetable cultivation, experience growing vegetables, exposure to training, and knowledge of vegetable cultivation technologies. Furthermore, there was no discernible relationship between the farmers’ issues with vegetable farming and the other four factors-media exposure, age, family size, and vegetable cultivation land.
